My birthday/Christmas is approaching, and I'd like a decent RPG for xbox360 to keep me occupied for a while.

Any suggestions? (I have Fallout 3 and Fable 2)

Lost Odyssey is pretty good if you don't mind the load times. It's more of a JRPG, as opposed to the games you've listed, being designed by the guys who left Square.

Levels with random encounters, menu-driven battles, linear storyline, techno-fantasy setting, cutscenes. Or at least that's what you get with LO.

Lost Odyssey is what I'd suggest as well.

Haven't played it so can't say. The other RPG I've been working on is Tales of Vesperia. If you've played any Tales game before then you know exactly what to expect from this one.

I've heard good things about The Last Remnant. You might want to give that a try.
