Hey guys. So I managed to compile a Linux build on Intrepid Ibex (Ubuntu 8.10), and I even threw in an extra. The download is quite a bit bigger this time around, BUT sound SHOULD work. If your *NIX based OS runs ALSA/OSS/ESD/jack/PulseAudio it probably will work. (i.e. if you can play music and MIDIs normally). There might be a slight issue requiring ALSA + ALSA-OSS, but I dunno.
So. hopefully this works, good luck. Note: right now, run zelda first, then zquest, then after that it should work fine. (Your ag.cfg needs to be fully updated with data from both programs before sound will kick in.) So.. good luck, post here if anything happens/doesn't. :)
