Ladder problemsl

I'm having some issues with a ladder tile. In the overworld, you have to use the ladder to get to a new part of the map. But the ladder just doesn't want to be used! If I check the red tiles on the combo screen, I can't walk through it. If I leave them unchecked, I don't use the ladder at all! I need help.

I'm using Version 2.10

I'm also using the Pure Tileset from PureZC.

There's a screen flag that you have to check to get it to work on overworld screens.
