Can somebody pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease, tell me Where are the arrows (Link to Tortuga)? I'm having this headaches... playing, and still no arrows...

And why the witch on the swamp, Does not want to sell me potions?, (I do have the mushroom... so I don't get it..)
