Noob needs help about the program itself

Okay, so I downloaded the game and everything works fine except that half of the screen is blank. I can't see the bottom half and so....I really can't play the game. I downloaded ZC multiple times from more then one site and nothing changes.

I'm really asking: What are the visual settings you need for the game to properly work? Anyone else have this issue and fixed it?

*sigh* Not this problem again. It happened to me on my friends computer, and I know at least one other member asked about it. I never found out if there was a solution.

Anyone ever figure this one out?
