Guitar recomendation

Just wondering if any guitar players here could help me out. I play guitar in a friends Ska band, and have really liked the results of using an acoustic guitar in place of electric. Has more of a full sound to it. Another thing I've come to really enjoy is another friend's twelve string guitar, which just bellows with an unmatched sound quality. So in order to combine all these, I've decided that for Christmas I'm going to try to find a good 12-String Acoustic Electric Guitar. Phew. Most of my income will be going to Christmas presents for others & lunch money.

I don't want to ask for anything over $500, preferably around $250-300. Given that price range, could anyone recommend a good sounding and dependable 12-String Acoustic Electric Guitar? Thanks in advance.

These are likely the cheapest you will ever find. If you find something cheaper, it will probably fall apart in a year or less.
