Boy, I had a busy Halloween! In between trying to make it downtown for the Phillies parade (http://www.armageddongames.net/forums/showpost.php?p=1197593&postcount=24) and cross-dressing for Halloween (http://www.armageddongames.net/forums/showpost.php?p=1197597&postcount=18), I somehow found the time to get myself a real job at long last! Starting next Monday November 10th, I'll be training for my new position as an in-store Verizon Wireless service and support technician. It's been a while since I've had a normal, 40-hour a week job (probably since I lost my bank job almost five years ago) so it'll take a little getting used to but I'm sure I'll manage.
After securing the new job I said exactly three words to myself: About. Goddamned. Time. I was out of work for a year, this was starting to be pretty embarrassing. What a huge weight that is now off my shoulders!
