Not sure if this bug was mentioned before. If you press Ctrl or Alt (in general, not necessarily the assigned "A" or "B" buttons) by itself then try to press Escape, the menu bar won't toggle (it won't open or close), although selecting the "Continue (ESC)" option works fine. Selecting "Continue (ESC)" or pressing Ctrl+any letter or Alt+any letter fixes the problem until you press Ctrl or Alt by itself again. My neighbor confirms this bug, and he also uses vista. I am unable to reproduce the bug on XP.
I'm not annoyed by this bug. I just wanted to let you guys know of it's existence.
