We had two entries, so I took one of my own random screenshots and added it.

Link stands before the great Crown Palace. Blocking his way is one of nature's cruel tricks: Minimentuses.

Link prepares a strategic maneuver to pass this obstacle.

Well, tox von's screen draws the focus away from the middle. And why are some of those trees growing on top of the undergrowth? It's also not clear where all those snapped planks came from. Positives: good colour scheme.

Tobias Daboi: I suppose it's not bad, though it's hard to tell which parts of the Palace exterior are in front of other parts. The water's a bit too dark.

Pineconn: Again, the focus isn't in the middle, but in the strip of floor to the right. Interestingly, if you sliced your screen in half lengthways and asked to appraise each half separately, I'd probably rate each of them better. Positives:good colour contrast. Also something to consider: shouldn't you be able to see the distant ground? (Maybe we're above a suspiciously uniform ocean.)

SotW here is no where near the magnitude it was over at Pure. Over one week, and only two entries? Wow. I voted for tox_von since I would have anyway. I like the palette more than the design, but they dead trees do look a little odd next to the ones that grow from the brush. I'd change the bases of the trunks, and give the some overgrown grass at the very least. Pineconn's shot is also nice, but it seems empty. It looks like a better gameplay shot than it does an eyecandy shot :\ As for my shot, those small Aquamenti are just place holders. I literally shrunk the Aquamentus sprites by 50% in Irfanview, and re-ripped them into the set. I also went for a real NES look with the Dungeon entrance. The Map should not say "Hylia" since it is not set in Hyrule.

is this what you all mean about the trees?

i was just trying to make a dark world version of forest(dead) for pure which it didnt have.
Also the screen has 6 exits which is good for gameplay weaving back all the time.
What other tiles should i make?

It looks good, tox, but it still seems too straight. Try making it light in the cracks of the trees. Here, kinda like this:

See? Now it looks 'overgrown'. It is only a few pixels, but it makes a difference.
