How do you make multiple triggers in 1 room such as, lighting 4 torches..

That only works in 2.5. Make you combos have inherent Burn flags, then place Singular flags over them.

I've seen it done it Freedom's 1.92 quests, and I'm not sure how he did it, to be honest. However, I -think- he set a burn flag on an "unlit" combo and then, "Secret combo-> Burn -> "Lit" Combo, then set the next torch to a burn flag placed on that through secret combos.

It is kind of complicated. Maybe I'll try it out and give you a better explanation if I get bored.

Yeah, tiered secrets would work, but then you'd have to light the torches in a certain order.

Yeah, that's how it worked in Search for Elise. It was the only annoying thing I noticed about that quest, but it was the editor, and not the author, so what can you do?
