Sound not working.

I guess it's been asked and answered a thousand times, I did a bit of
searching and found nothing. So I downloaded Lost Isle along with it's
build but when I play it sound does not work... I'm using vista and I have sound on, speakers on, and the sound mixer says that all applications have
sound on and it's not muted.

I know double posting is frowned upon, but I need answers... I suppose you guys don't like to play without sounds either.

Are your speakers plugged in?

I play on a laptop with internal speakers and I can hear all other sounds just well. Now, the sound works sometimes, sometimes not. This one time I just listened All Nightmare Long from Winamp
and when the guitar riff started it went crazy and suddenly ZC sounds are working..?

Are you sure that you didn't have MIDI music muted or not enabled?

In ZC I have all sounds on the very right. Or can you adjust it in Windows somehow (I'm using vista)
