IT'S A MOCKUP. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, feast thy eyes on something I have planned for the level 9 mini boss of "The Legend of Zelda: Heart of the Master Sword"

Truth be told, I found that background on Pure's Tile DB. If you WANT, help me find a better one (or make it, whichever). Improve how, though? More stars? Less stars? A bigger galaxy? Mario flying in the distance? Also, the image in my first post is too small for me, so here's a bigger version (of the exact same image):

EDIT: It'll get finished. Unless God (or the guy down the street) themselves come to my house and smash my computer, it'll get finished. I've been working on it for roughly 4 years (4 years this coming... march? may? june? somewhere around there)... I am not gonna stop now :P

If I still had access to GraphicsGale, I'd gladly whip something up for you (as it would only take a few minutes).

EDIT: Actually, I just did it. What color depth do you want it to be at (16 I can work with, but 32 would be a big help)?

That current background uses 1 whole CSet (16 colors), the final Destination Stage itself uses all 16 colors (even the transparent >_O), and Master Hand also uses all 16 colors... so I'd like one of each and see which works best?

Already done the 32 version (It wouldn't reduce them automatically any lower than 64 without raping it, so I had to edit it manaully).

It was hard enough getting it to look that good by hand with only 32... I can do it at 16 without much trouble if you REALLY need it, but I really don't want to put myself through it. Master Hand can probably be done with a sprite palette solution, no?

If you need help getting Master Hand into your sprite palettes to fit the 32-color background in (I should have mentioned that it ISN'T directly rippable into ZC in its current state...), I can do that too, as I'm sick, bored, and in need of something to do. PM me your spritesheet and I'll do the rest... (I'll also need an image with your sprite palette Csets if you're using a custom tileset, and if you're using an existing one I need to know which one) Also, would you prefer if the 32 colors were placed in csets 2 and 3, or in csets 3 and 4? or maybe 2 and 4? It's the same amount of work for me no matter where I put them.
