I want an item that is ice-themed. I'm not sure what exactly it should do but it should be used to kill a fire-themed boss. Perhaps it just shoots ice magic but other suggestions are welcomed. I want it to trigger only the first "reserved for script" flag and the "strike" flag (and therefore use their secret combos).
It should consume magic (but that can be done in the item editor, not in the script) and should use the "custom item" item class.
