Help please. new to forum. ZC errors

I recently installed ZC and i've been having to play in 320x240 window mode so I cant get any errors. If i play in 640x480 res or higher, i get errors on any quest at some part in the game. I've tried to hunt down what the problem was but when the error comes up, I look at the modname and it comes up as unknown. When I launch the game in fullscreen, the game crashes right at the start and the error comes up as unknown. Is there anyway I can play without having these errors pop up? Its getting annoying looking at a small screen. I've tried installing ZCLauncher and everything and still get the same problem.

I use 2.10 and Windows XP Service Pack 2.

put the file in compatibility mode for windows 98!!
set your video card to 3d
and install direcx v.9

My computer cannot handle it. I have 3.0GHz, 512MB RAM. 64MB video card.

I had that problem to using 2.10 too. I never really figured out what was wrong though.

Have you tried using 2.10.2 with Z-Launcher? I forgot which thread it's in...

What kind of errors? A Windows dialog box like "this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down..." or an error internal to ZC? If the former, is there any pattern to what you are doing in a quest at the time the error occurs?

Ok i installed 2.10.2 without ZC-Launcher and it works fine now. I guess because 2.10 has so many bugs, that was the reason my computer kept coming up with errors.
