A tragic and heart breaking story of a young man who goes by the name Yang comes to us from the quant village of Shangqiu, China this afternoon.

After nearly two years of begging and pleading with his loving parents to purchase a Nintendo Wii console for him he finally cracked. Yang made a call to his two favorite personal anonymous Ninja accomplices, Zhou and Pan and asked them to meet him in the dark alley behind Costco, between the two Starbucks. Together the three of them concocted the perfect criminal scheme that would at long last earn him his very own Nintendo Wii — or would it?

Am I the only one who was paying more attention to the stores mentioned than the story itself? They had Costco, Washington Mutual, and two Starbucks.

People are dumb. Very dumb. All I'm surprised at is that a similar incident didn't happen sooner (which it probably did within the first week of the Wii's release, and there wasn't any news team desperate enough for material to report it).

As for your actual writing, it was kinda... bad. You didn't add any twists or anything special or funny to it that wasn't already there, you just copy and pasted the news article and paraphrased it.

...This reminds me of some online video a friend showed me a wihle back...

dad: We talked it over and got you that bike you wanted!
son *about 17-18*: Yay! *does a dance* Now you dont' have to die!
dad: what?
Son: I was so upset that you wouldn't buy me the bike that I hired a hitman to kill you, but now you dont' have to die!
dad: 0_o

...and it just got more wacko form there...

...you know what? I'll give that friend a call and get that URL.

Wow that is one stupid kid and has stupid friends.
Don't they know, once you use a card they can track you quickly.
Also did he think the parents would let him keep it once he got his hands on a Wii?
