Why can't you publily upload your quest? Well if I have to sign up for some rondom place to post quests then i'd rather not. But is it possible for some one else to post your quest for you?

If it's complete you can upload it to the QDB (http://www.zeldaclassic.armageddongames.net/submission.php) - if not you'll have to use a file-hosting site such as ZShare (http://zshare.net/) and post a link to the file.

AGN does not allow public uploads in order to avoid possible legal issues if someone uploaded illegal content.

Just upload your quest(s) to any file hosting website. Even if you cannot get the completely direct URL to the file, just use what you can get and I can always upload it to my own file space.
