Go to the ZCWiki (http://www.shardstorm.com/ZCwiki/Main_Page) and click on the subscreen editor part. There should be a link to a tutorial that tells you how. ;)

If you don't feel like reading a tutorial, I'll explain the basics. First go to the subscreen editor, then select the subscreen you want to edit. Click 'New' and select 'Current Item' and change it to the desired properties necessary.
