Cset changing help

I just got a new laptop, and I'm having trouble with Zquest. My laptop's keyboard does not have the number section on the right, and therefore does not have the + and - keys that Zquest uses. Please help.

Press the Fn key and look for the + and - buttons in blue on one of the other keys.
