How do you make pits??

I know it has to do something with the direct warp but i can't make it work :(

Link goes into the pit. The pit is a Direct Warp. Make sure it warps Link to a room where "Invisible Link," is checked. The room has black tiles, each is a Damage Combo. Right after that, a Timed Warp takes place, which you set in "Screen Data," along with "Invisible Link," and such. The Timed Warp leads Link straight back to the screen he fell in.
