custom subscreen help

i've seen a lot of custom subscreens and was thinking of making one.
problem is, i have no idea how to do it.
could some of you guys help me out please?

First of all, you need a 2.11 build. You can download one at shardstorm.com. There is a lot of information on custom subscreens at the ZCWiki (shardstorm.com/wiki/) (including a link to a good subscreen tutorial).
