mouse slowdown?

This is a very odd bug in the editor. I found this primarily in the small mode (large mode seems to be too slow for my comp), but while the program is focused, the FPS is around 23-33 fps. However, when I click on the Combo list beside the screen layout, it speeds up to 58-62 fps. My thoughts is that it's a small memory leak.

This is 819, btw.

This is running on the following:

Windows XP Pro SP2
800 mHz Pentium III
384 MB RAM

The speed up is due to the fact that the program only has to animate combos while you are clicking. Other times, it is monitoring lots of other things, so the fps is lower. We'll look into finding a way to make things go faster.
