It is kind of a crazy deal. Long story short, she just wanted independence. Girls want that at that age. She wanted to move into her own apartment. I assumed that would end in a divorce either way, so I told her to just make a decision. (She had already been talking divorce for a couple months.)

Strangest thing I have ever been through. Four and a half years, gone, just like that. I guess she seriously just stopped loving me.

It hurts...real bad, obviously. But I got a good support cast of friends and family that are holding me up.

In the meantime, I am going to be looking for the next girl that wants to be with a guy who has a great job, is about to purchase a home, drives a convertible and will treat her like a freaking Goddess...
