Protector Of The Damn Universe

Is "Protector of the Damn Universe" a completed quest? I got as far as beating Level 3 and got the raft from the moblins and I can't find anywhere to use it. There is one place besides the dock where you get the raft close to "Sages House", but it just takes me to a house on the same page as the dock. "Protector" got 5 stars on PureZC so I figured it was a complete quest. I'm using 2.10.

I know what you're talking about. If you downloaded the quest a long time ago, you may have to download it again, it has been updated quite a few times.

But, the quest is complete.

So the dock I found close to Sages house is where I need to go? I downloaded this quest about 2 months ago.
