Unwanted automatic warp

I have a screen in my quest where, as soon as you enter it warps you to an empty screen with 4 keese in it. Attempting to leave this screen may cause several unusual effects including ending upon a different DMap altogether.

There are no flags in the room. The Timed warp says 0 seconds, but I did not check for a timed warp. There are no enemies in the room that cause warps (4 keese).

I am using 2.11 beta 10b. What could cause this?

Do you step onto some sort of warp tile when you enter, perhaps? -- Pteryx

Incidentally, that bit here tells you that it's an item cellar. Just so you know.
