Maybe I should renounce my beliefs.

Honestly math is the coolest science because it's the only one that can be conclusively proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. Physics has had its theories owned several times in the past, but you cannot change the fact that if you have two apples, then get two more, you are now the proud owner of four apples.

Only in mathematics does the word "theorem" mean "do not question this."

Wrong. Math is the coolest science because it has something called the MANtissa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mantissa) for use in scientific notation.

Seriously, you can't get any more awesome a scientific word than MANtissa.

but you cannot change the fact that if you have two apples, then get two more, you are now the proud owner of four apples. Not after the apple tax is applied. One apple must go to the mathematician for his troubles, and one apple must be set aside to the deity of the math as a sacrifice to keep the apples coming and the deities pleased with your fruit-based math ways, while another apple goes to the keepers of the apple grove to ensure a fruitful harvest for their remaining years and customers. (More a morals thing. It can be omitted if you're subtle.)

Apple math. Oh my, how abstract! I do prefer plain old numerical math.
