Apparently Samus and Link were supposed to be in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance as unlockable bonus characters, but Nintendo said no. But I guess all the work was already done and someone was able to access Samus (I'm guessing GameShark) and made a video:

Even though I never played that game, that looks awesome.
P.S. - According to the comments over there, people are saying the Wii dev kits could support PS2 controllers, which would explain the PS2 buttons in the video. Like some other people said, I doubt this is actually the PS2 version or that they'd be in the other versions (unless Activision just dumped the code over to PS2 or vice versa)
