help me plz, doors don't show up right!

for sum reason when i set a door in a dungeon, if i put a locked door or a shutter door they show up as a passage, is there sumthing im missing or am i just setting them wrong? plz help

Is the DMap a "NES Dungeon" type?
Are the combos in the Door Combo Set correct?

Also make sure the level number for the dungeon dmap is set higher than zero. Use 1-8 for the triforce pieces if you are using them and anything higher than that as well can be used.
