Where do I use the first superbomb?

If i am correct you need 2 superbombs. 1 location is where there are 6 cracked rocks where i am sure you will come across eventually. Furthermore there is a screen where you can only go east because some strange loose rock is blocking the southern pad. That is probably where you use the other.
