Good story from my local paper showing how video games are making physical therapy enjoyable. I spend most of my days in nursing homes and have seen a couple of enterprising physical therapists attempt to make rehab fun, unfortunately most still use the no pain no gain methods.

I guess this can work for some people, but not for me... after a few games of Wii Bowling my elbows start to hurt. I call it "Wii elbow."
