How do I make a puzzle where I have to move a series of blocks into a shape to unlock shutters in a dungeon? thanks.

Flags! Basically, just scroll down the flag list until you find more push flags. Put "block trigger" on the switches that need to be covered, and place any of the flags (such as "push-right-many") on the blocks.

And definitely don't forget to go into the Screen Data screen and turn on the "Blocks->Shutters" flag.
