Let me first say that I'm a Libertarian and think that whatever people do in their bedrooms is their business..that said whatever is done in Central Park is fair game. What possible sexual thrill would come from tying a rope around your neck on one end and your genitals on the other end?...I just thought how painful that would be when I read this story. Personally as long as he wasn't hurting anyone or selling the meth to kids, I don't think he should be arrested or lose his job.
