Want to work on a quest with someone else? Have a few great screens, a level or two laying around that you like, but you don't want to build the rest of the entire quest? Have a piece of a story or a plot line that you think is interesting? Think questions like this sound like an infomercial?

I made a compete overworld and a few dungeon levels. Then I decided that after you beat Gannon, you're going to go to the next room expecting Zelda, but instead you'll get a staircase leading to a Flame that tells you, "We're sorry... but your princess is in another castle." ..the story evolves, you visit the 'Hall of Hearts', find everything missing, and then you have to go on the '12 Heart Quest' through a maze forest, several more dungeons, and perils to collect the remaining Heart Containers to get you to the 24 total. Only then can you face Gannon again, etc..

Follow me on this one. At this point in the game, instead of reusing the same overworld map, I ended up creating an entire new one. I based the structures of it's bottom right corner, on what was the top left of my original overworld. So, they fit together. To fix the problem of scrolling between them, I added obstructions. Then I created another world map to fill in the bottom left and top right corners..

It's easier if I just show you. Here's a detailed image of the first half of the first overworld to get you centered on how the designwork is going to be on the rest of the quest.

Now here is where the first overworld map fits in with the other two world maps:

The second overworld:

..And the third and last overworld pieces:

I've way too many ideas, plot paths, level designs, etc, to list everything that needs to be done here in this post. Plus, I don't want to give away any more of the plot. But basically I'm wanting to pass ideas back and forth and work on level/world designs with someone, via email. So, if you're interested in working on this massive quest, and if you have a little skill and some humor, just let me know.

Thanks all!
