Gameplay at High Speed (How do I fix this?)

Hello, everyone!

I just downloaded Zelda Classic (2.10.2) and I am experiencing a problem where gameplay is really really fast. (Everything seems to be in a sort of "fast-forward" mode or something.) Does anyone know how I can change this into normal speed?
