Real Npc and sign script

I need a script so that when u walk up to the FFC it talks to you using the string placed on the screen by pressing R next the the NPC or pressing R under the sign FFC, I know there was a post for this already but I cant seem to find it.

Edit: the npc script, is it possible to make the npc not turn? But still able to talk to them from any direction by pressing A.

You could easily just try to modify it to take out the part that turns them.

Here, Bluedeath, these scripts (http://www.armageddongames.net/forums/showthread.php?t=98097) sounds like exactly what you need. Even has an argument for weather the guy turns or not.
