Zelda Classic 2.10 doesn't

I am using Vista and I am using an alpha build, Should I build quests from it or should I wait for the full version to come out?

You can and it's fairly stable, but be warned that since it is an alpha build that some features could be changed before final release. You may have to make adjustments as you go as a result. By the time 2.5 is finished your quest should work well with that if you are keeping up with the updates and changes.
