I use Times New Roman. And to make the border, any simple image editor will do. If you have IrfanView, go to "Image->Canvas Size" to add a border.

It looks shopped a little. I can't say why, but something just doesn't look right in the picture. Either that or it's just the camera angle because if you look closely they clearly are not kissing on the lips.
