Free Book..Crystal Rain

If you sign up for their newsletter at tor.com, you can download a free electronic copy of Tobias Bucknell's book Crystal Rain. I've read a few books that I've downloaded but really prefer having the actual thing in my hands..plus I like to keep the books I've read in my library. I have recently been thinking of getting the Amazon Kindle and saving a few trees though.

Yeah, my Drama director got a Kindle. He said it's amazing, and showed me some of the stuff it can do. It's pretty sweet.

I still prefer real books though. And hardcovers at that. Something you can sit down with on a rainy day and read.

I also prefer to have the actual book in my hands as I read it. Although for me, because of the arthritis in my hands/fingers... I prefer paperback (lighter weight) then the hard cover version of the books I read.

Paul has been reading his books via his PDA and says he prefers to read that way now as opposed to actually having the book in his hand.
