[758] Int. Data Freezing

Whenever I first go into Int. Data I can't press anything. I'm in windowed and have to go to another window for about 5 seconds and come back and press one of the item names to reactivate it. If I come back and try to press another tab it remains frozen.

On a side note: I've heard different things about this apparent slowdown issue. Not everyone I talk to seems to have it but some people, including myself, do have it. Could it be small mode, vista, or something else? But sometimes it gets so bad that the tab menus take 15 seconds to load, very frustrating.

Are you running in Large mode? That causes extreme slowdowns while windowed, works fine full-screen.

0_o. Are you using zc launcher with a different res? Are you running any other programs, does task manager reveal anything useful?

I'm not running anything else, and it doesn't always happen. But it does happen almost everytime. I always close down stuff when I work in ZQ, and the task manager isn't revealing anything strange in performance.

I've been having the same problem as well. In fact, I may have had this problem on a build before 758. Confirmed!

This happens for me too, but I think it's something to do with having to redraw the thing in scale 3 for me with takes a while. @_@

The GUI code in the new version of Allegro we went to is really slow for some reason. It has nothing to do with the scale, the init dialog just has so many elements that it takes forever to load. Not sure why it's so slow now when it wasn't before.
