This was a pretty cool article, and honestly something I thought about in college. The problem that we face in treating cancer and AIDS is that whatever drug you choose attacks the good cells along with the diseased cells(for different reasons cancer cells share some of the DNA of normal cells and HIV being a virus lives off the host's DNA) So if you use nanotechnology and because cancer cells tend to be thinner(probably due to replicating so much) they can be penetrated by the micro-particles of new drugs where a normal cell would not...this could be big and hopefully will be available to the public soon.
