Need help! I downloaded the Lost Isle Build to play the quest & Origins....
when I clicked on the .exe I got a message that there was no saved filed...
do I want to create a new one. I said yes. The opening screen appeared..but there is no sound. I looked at the allegro.log and it said no sound driver available..sound disabled. What gives?
ZC 2.10 has sound and works fine.
I'm still using windows 98...does the special build work with win98?
I'm having no trouble actually getting the quest to load ....but get absolutely no
sound.....any ideas about what's going on? Please help! I really want to play these quests. Could the zip file I downloaded be missing necessary files.
Also I noticed that with ZC 2.10 it allows for small window full window..etc.
Can this Lost Isle Build possibly be in DOS mode....or something stranger?
Thanks in advance.

First, make sure the volume is turned up in ZC. Then, double click on the sound speaker button at the bottom right of the desktop and make sure SW Synth is turned all the way up. And sometimes, certain songs in Lost Isle just mess up ZC's sound. If those don't work, I don't know what's wrong.

How do you turn up the volume in ZC.....I only know about volume control for the computer?

Click anywhere on the screen. Go to setting-volume control.
