Lanmolas help

The boss of my first dungeon is Lanmolas. I thought one was to easy, so I put three of them like they did in link to the past. Theres a problem though. If I only kill 1 or 2, then die, when I come back to the boss room the ones I killed before stay dead. That's not good. Is there any way I can fix this?

Go into the screen data for the room and check 'Enemies Always Return'.
