Zq wont open (718)

As the title says...

Ok I just got a new hp pavilion m9080n(but switched os from vista to xp home sp2) And I can't get zq 718 to open, only with zcl and I dont like the way that looks or functions. I think its my video card not letting zq open. Its a NVIDIA 8800 GTS w/tv,tuner. So can some one tell what I got o do to get zq working normally?

Try starting zq in windowed mode having "windowed" optioned checked then try launching zq.

Thanks I have tried that. But thanks for trying. I will try and see if I can explain a little better here O.K.

This is what the Allegro log say

SFX.Dat...OK
OK
Initializing sound driver... OK
( This is were it screws up===> Can not set video mode <=== )

So thing I have tried that wont work are:

zcl "window mode: size-2x, 3x, full, All I got with the zcl was that window that looks like this:

I do not like the full/large mode I want to be able to switch to "Normal full screen"
