Serious problem running Zquest-W on my laptop!

When ever I open Zquestw it makes a blue screen show up saying windows has encountered a problem and needs to restart. Please help, this happens to me every time. Does it have somthing to do with the video card?

Make sure you have allegro and zquest.dat in your folder.

Try the checker on ZLaunch.

Note: it also does this when I try to run windows mode on SNES emulator..

Well I would sure like to know how to run anything in full screen because ZC isnt just my problem -.-

You have the new Vista laptop right? I seem to have an issue with running ZQuest at full screen but it works great at 3x. The large mode worked well at full screen.

ZC works fine at full screen though. I don't know if this helps but it's what I have been using since I got my laptop.

you, bluedeath, have me in a quandry, because your posts seem to be contradicting themselves. Does it or does it not run in fullscreen?

Well good luck with that. It's really not an issue using the windowed mode for ZQuest, but when playing I like full screen and that seems to work for me just fine. If you figure anything out be sure to share.

It's probably the video card :S
