View Full Version : Yelp! L walking on solid combos in dgns

I got this weird problem I can't seem to turn off. When I'm walking in dungeons, I go to the next screen horizontally, Link moves automatically over 3 COMBOS and ends up inside a freaking wall. I need to turn this off or my quest is
screwed. I've made the first temple completely already and I would have to tweak a bunch of screens just to fix this.

Use 'Interior' (well, or cave) type DMaps instead of NES Dungeon (or just Dungeon) DMaps.

Well, you can't use the tool really no.
You can use it for 'Passageway', but no other doors'll work properly, you have to make custom shutters and stuff like that for it to function properly.

They're a lot more flexible in the long run though.
Might want to make sure you have freeform dungeons checked too?

EDIT: HAH! I hit 2 flies in one shot. I got rid of this annoying door bug which kept putting a door into one
of my screens and if I put a wall in there, or just solid black non-transparent combos on layer 6 it wouldn't
disappear.... but now it disappeared because the door tool can't be used! Yay!

EDIT2: 400 posts. Whee.
