I would like to make a proposal that (hopefully) will make bug testing a lot easier.

I've noticed that a lot of 2.5 bugs, such as disappearing sprite palettes and dysfunctional dive warps, are triggered in old quests.
My proposal is this: If you made a quest for 2.10 and below, try playing through it on the most recent 2.5 build(693 at the time I write this). Are there any serious bugs? If so, report them and include a link to the quest. (To facilitate locating the bug, add a level 4 cheat code to the demonstration and specify the Dmap and screen.)

This would probably work better than trying to recreate the bug in a different quest, because some bugs don't seem to happen when the quest is made for 2.5.

It's just a thought of mine. (I would be flattered if one of my thoughts got pinned:D)
