Using Auto-Tile Warps

I can't seem to understand how to use these. When I put one on a screen, Link warps to a cave/item room. The tile warps tab doesn't seem to affect auto-tile warps, and there is no difference between the four varations (A - D). How am I supposed to set the destination for auto-tiles? If it is the tile warps tab, then there may be a bug with auto-tile warps.

did you try it with the direct warp screen flag?

Auto-Warp combos use the Side Warp, not the Tile Warp ;)

Auto-Warp combos warp Link the moment they appear on the screen.
The Direct Auto Warp screen flag will send Link to his current position when one appears, and will ignore the blue square.
