Roc's Cape?

Basically a double jump script. You just jump after a jump while in the air. Is this feasible?

Well, all mine does it change Link's tiles so it looks like he's using the cape, instead of the hover boots.

Hover boots are a hard coded item, adding length to Link's jump but no height.

Yeah, Zodiac has a double-jump script activate when a certain item is aquired. Just use the lv4 cheat to give yourself that item to check it out.
