Using the "A" Button for jumping?

Is it possible to make the "A" button only for using the Roc's Feather (without the feather being visible)? It would be awesome to set it as a jump button for like a mario quest or something like that.

C-dawg wrote a script that lets you jump with the "L" button. Ask him for the script.

If you wanted it in sideview with the script set to A and items set to B, you could just not give the player the sword so they couldn't use A for anything else, then change C-Dawg's script so that it activated when you pressed A instead of L. That would work fine.
You can get them from Zodiac by the way, it's not passworded.
