A little help!

ok, i need to make it snow in one area, and rain in one area and so on, but how do i do it?

Layering. Make your snow combo. Then, go to data-layers. Layer five is above everything, so use that. Set it to a screen that you are not using. Then, once it is set, press page down on the keyboard untill the box at the bottom shows some numbers and check boxes. Select the one for five (the layer five we just created) and draw your snow. It will now appear above everything else. If you look on the screen you set the layer to, you will just see snow flying around. Don't try to understand it, just do, and it will click in your head.
