Bomb problems

ok im having problems getting bombs to appear on the active subscreen...

1-i set the defaults

2-i set the bomb bag maximum capacity to 30

3-i test the quest and after i get the bomb bag, i try to pick up a set of bombs, and it plays the sound and adds 8 to the counter block, but theres no bombs on the subscreen to select. so i cant escape the room cuz there is no way out except bombs.

can someone tell me what im doing wrong?

A. What version are you using.
B. Did you hit the default button on the bomb items?

and yes i did... many times... it appears in the subscreen editor but not in the quest player

I had this same problem. Set the defaults on everything. Bombs, bomb bags, bomb amunition, everything.

(I think you need to pick up an actual bomb item before you can actually lay down bombs)
Correct me if I'm wrong, though.
